Hi I Had Sex And Missed A Pill 2 Days

Hi I had sex and missed a pill 2 days after that and it was a pill from the first week of the pack. I am on Sprintec and I didn't realized I missed a pill until I went to take my pill the next day and saw I didn't take it from the day before so I took both of them. Could I be pregnant?
