Hi, I Had Sex With My Partner Last Night And

Hi, I had sex with my partner last night and it was rougher than usual I bled during a lot so we stopped but today I've woken up and my labia on the left side is hugely swollen blacky purple and very painful. Look as if it's a balloon and it I was to put a pin in it, blood would come out. I'm really concerned, do you know what's it likely to be and is it serious?
