Hi I Had Shaved The Bottom Of My Penis Shaft

Hi I had shaved the bottom of my penis shaft with a razor and trimmed my pubic hair, that night I had sex twice with my girlfriend and it irritated to the point where I woke up the next day to find a kind of small cut at the base of the shaft, this was three days ago, I had also developed a few tiny blister like lumps next to it and I'm starting to worry its herpes, but I do stress it's all from shaving then irritation from obvious sexual friction, it's just the way it's developed and seems to be taking so long to heal as it's still kind of sore now aswell as it seems to look like a lighter pink like scar tissue at the bottom, do you think this sounds like herpes?
