Hi I Had Small Boils All Over My Scalp And

I had small boils all over my scalp and scalp always felt itchy, When consulted a doctor i was advised to take antibitoics for the boil(Novaclox). After having this continuously for 4 days(twice a day) i felt relieved . But again after some days i am facng same kind of boils in my head. Please advise if i can continue taking antibiotics
