Hi I Had Something Come Out Of My Vagina Earlier

Hi I had something come out of my vagina earlier and I've never experienced anything like it before. I took a picture of it. I'm 30 have two children ( 12 years and 15mths). I had a mirena coil inserted at the beginning of November (that's still in place). I also had a smear at the beginning of December but the result was unreadable.
