Hi, I Had Strep About 3 Weeks Ago And Took

Hi,
I had strep about 3 weeks ago and took prescribed penicillin for it til finished. Sore throat got better but now its back in the left side of my throat and feel like it is involving my left ear. Swallowing in slightly painful. Is this just recovering from strep??
