Hi I had surgery 4 days ago. Septoplasty, turbinectomy, polyps, etc. I had packing removed the following day. I still have splints for 10 more days. Is it normal that I have absolutely no airflow through my nose at this time? I am still experiencing some draining from my nostrils. I am doing a saline rinse 3-4 times per day since surgery.
