Hi, I Had Surgery Almost 2months Ago On Cleaning Out

Hi, I had surgery almost 2months ago on cleaning out my cholesteatome, which was a 9 1/2 out of 10 bad. I had and still got balance and vision type problems. I'm getting a little hearing back, but now I'm getting a blown speaker sound and it's horrible it's in my right ear which was my good hearing ear b4 the surgery. Please help with some sort of answer. Thank you ☹️
