Hi. I Had Surgery For A Para-esophageal Hernia And Flipped

Hi. I had surgery for a para-esophageal hernia and flipped stomach in July 2015. I am now being worked up for symptoms of not being able to eat food or drink liquid without having regurgitation. My surgeon says the hernia is back and the mesh has torn. There is no blockage seen on the endoscopy, but they say I have acid reflux. They are trying to determine why my food is not digesting quick enough to dump into the small intestines. What could have caused the mesh (pig membrane) to come apart and what may be causing my inability to digest food with the ongoing regurgitation when I eat or drink? Thanks
