Hi, I Had Surgery In The Stomach This Past Dec.

Hi, I had surgery in the stomach this past Dec. for cancer. When I was discharged from the hospital I had some swelling in the scrotum and ankles which went away in about a week. Now my scrotum has developed a redness with a white patch. I am concerned it may be cancer. What is your opinion?
