Hi , I Had Surgical Abortion 2 Years Ago. Ever

Hi , I had surgical abortion 2 years ago. Ever since then I can climax at all. I thought i would give it some time to heal but still now i cant. My sex life was great before and now it horrible. Feels like something there got disturbed, pinched or damaged a nerve. Also my peeing sensations are irritated or discomforting. I have seen all kinds of doctors and they think im crazy and prescribing me antidepressants i don't know what to do because i feel like it is now making me insane. I have intercourse and cry after and Its taking a big toll on my overall life. Please if you can think of anything that could be done or checked i will be thankful forever.
