Hi. I Had Swelling On The Right Side Of My

Hi. I had swelling on the right side of my wrist that went down mostly, but now I have swelling in my hand between my thumb and forefinger. Sometimes my hand aches when merely holding an umbrella or a file folder for example. Thoughts on possible causes?
