Hi I Had Taken Lupride Depot 3.7mg On The Day

Hi I had taken lupride depot 3.7mg on the day before yesterday for treatment of fibroid. I am going through process of Ivf. Two days before I had taken my last progesterone capsule. I was told in the clinic that my period will not come at least 6-7 days after taking lupride depot INJECTION .But I got my period today as my last month period date was 1st of July. Is this meant that INJECTION didn't worked. I don't want to go for surgery for fibroid. Please Guide.
