Hi, I Had The Chicken Pox When I Was Much

Hi, I had the chicken pox when I was much younger. I believe picking at the one on the back of my head has lead to it looking like a pea sized node. I have had it for a longggg time. I was wondering if theres any way i could have it removed w out health complications?
