Hi I Had The Mirena Coil Fitted On Wednesday,felt Fine

Hi I had the mirena coil fitted on wednesday,felt fine had a little bleed which has since turned quite watery. I now have lower abdominal pain,and feel quite light headed. I tried to feel the thread of the coil and it feels like the neck of the womb is swollen. Just wondered if this is normal.
