Hi, I Had The Mirena Put In On 11 March

Hi, I had the mirena put in on 11 March 2015 and the first couple of months were okay, but now I am experiencing a cyst under my arm...more side of back which is so painful. I also have severe and I mean severe hip/leg/foot pain, but only in my right side. I am also emotional and exhausted all the time. The only thing that has helped is that my headaches are fewer...Can you help?
