Hi. I Had The Nexplanon Birth Control Implant Fitted One

Hi. I had the nexplanon birth control implant fitted one year and 3 months ago. It feels bent in my arm and I'm having every pregnancy symptom. Could I be pregnant? I've been reading reviews on it and several women on there had either heard of other women falling pregnant or they fell pregnant theirselves.
