Hi I Had The Paragard Put In Approx 3 Weeks

Hi I had the paragard put in approx 3 weeks ago. I currently have Flu A and a respiratory infection which is causing me to cough a lot. Some of my brown spoofing had subsided but since these coughing spells, I have started getting quit a bit of the brown discharge along with some pains in my lower abdomen while coughing. Is this normal?
