Hi! I Had This Sharp But Dull Pain In My

Hi! I had this sharp but dull pain in my right ovary. Then I had this white and egg white discharge. I thought I was ovulating. But the next day, the pain seems to have travelled to my lower abdomen, then to my right. At times, from my waist down seems 2 trb "not alive". Right now the pain is my lower left back. Pls doc what's wrong with me?
