Hi I Had To Have My Gall Bladder Removed Years

Hi I had to have my gall bladder removed years ago. I ate several sweet potatoe fries two weeks ago. It put me in a whirlwind of very pain ful feeling for almost two whole weeks. It ruined my vacation and I just now recovered. My question is can just a few fries especially because they were sweet potatoe REALLY cause such a painful experience.
