Hi. I Had Two Lower Wisdom Teeth Removed About 2

Hi. I had two lower wisdom teeth removed about 2 month ago. Ended up with dry socket in both holes but after sum medicated gauze i was good as new. They healed pretty quick and all was well until a few days ago i noticed a very hard bony lump growing under one of the extraction sites. It is tender but is not throbbing. It may hurt a little when i open my mouth wide. Any suggestions?
