Hi I Had Unprotected Sex 5 Days Ago,I Am On

Hi I had unprotected sex 5 days ago,I am on the birth control patch and my period is due tomorrow. For the past 3 days I have symptoms of a UTI such as painful urination, feeling like I need to urinate frequently, and general discomfort in the pelvic area. I was also feeling lightheaded at times today. Is it likely I have a UTI? Also is there a change I could I be pregnant??
