Hi. I Had Utrogeston In My Last Cycle And I

Hi. I had utrogeston in my last cycle and i had periods right on due date i.e. dec 27th. Now my next periods were due on January 27th but till now no periods. My pregnancy test is also negative which i did yesterday at home i.e feb 1st.
What could be the reason ?
