Hi, I Had Viral Infection In My Eyes A Couple

Hi,
I had viral infection in my eyes a couple of months ago. The infection cured but it left the after effects. For the past two days I have pricking sensation in my eyes alternatively. It causes pain and then goes off. but today the sensation is continuous. Can some one suggest me a way to reduce the sensation and the pian. I am already using optive eye drops.
