Hi. I Had What I Thought Was A Hernia On

Hi. I had what I thought was a hernia on my upper left side where my stomach is. Had it for at least a year but no pain. About a month ago it started getting worse and is so swollen. I feel nauseated and bloated and my clothes don't fit on that spot. Thought I am felt a muscle tear there but it has gotten so bad. I can't eat or else I vomit. Please help. Very busy mom and realtor. Thank you.
