Hi, I Had What Is Known As Pearly Penile Puples

Hi, I had what is known as Pearly Penile Puples and I was told to apply toothpaste on the area, fortunatley it has gone away now. I am super happy this method worked! But, will this infection come back again?
I am 15, still going through puberty and not had Sexual Intercourse.
