Hi I Had Woken Up With A Swollen Eye And

Hi I had woken up with a swollen eye and had no idea what is what until a few minutes when I investigated and noticed the fleshy part next to my tear duct was swollen I googled what the part was and found that is was called the lacrimal caruncle my eye is red and I feel irritation when I blink and move my eye my upper eyelid also hurts when I touch it i had also touched the inflamed area thinking it was pus or a eye boboogemy eye also constantly waters and is itchy please I need to know what's wrong and how can I relieve my pain and how to make this all go away
