Hi I Hada Repeat 4th C-section And It's Been A

Hi I hada repeat 4th c-section and it's been a little over two weeks but I already "loosened some of my inner stitches" but today I sat down and I felt this terrible tare along the cut of my c-section and I have had burning and bad pain all around my cut. I have tried calling my dr. About it and I have tried asking for pain Meds to help with the pain but my dr. Is refusing. Is there something I can do to help with pain besides ibprofen? And is it really my inner stitches taring, or could it be scare tissue?
