Hi, I Hade Six Teeth Cut Out Today. They Did

Hi, I hade six teeth cut out today. They did have to sedate me. I have been keeping guaze on them but I just took it off and it seems to be like a long piece of skin from my bottom tooth where he removed a tooth that wasnt visible. I'm wondering if that is just skin or a blood clot that came out and now ill have to deal with a dry socket. Would this most likely be skin hanging where he maybe didnt cut it off or a blood clot. I wouldnt think a blood clot would be connected to anything but ive never had dental work done. Please help!
