Hi I Have 2 Atypical Liver Hemangiomas . One Is

I have 2 atypical liver hemangiomas . one is 12 mm and second one 5cm big . I don't have any symptoms , other than bloating maybe occasionally slight nausea . I discored it accidentally. I just know I didn't have them before my pregnancy when I had my Abdominal soon done in 2012. That means one of them grew really big over 4 Years period . Could I get it from Birth control pills ? I was taking Generess Fe that is high in estrogen . Will it shrink once I stop taking it ? I am 38 years old and we planned to get pregnant but now I worry since I read it's a high risk pregnancy since it can grow and burst and cause internal bleeding that can be fatal. Should I remove it first ? Or I just should wait and monitor it for next year or so . I started detox diet hoping it will help to shrink it . I feel like I am running out of time though since I am close to 40 . Pls help
