Hi. I Have 2 Hard Colourless Lumps On My Face.

Hi. I have 2 hard colourless lumps on my face. One on my left cheek, the other on the right side of my nose. They are painless and about half the size of a pea, and nothing comes out of them if squeezed. I'm quite self conscious about them. Should I be worried ? Thankyou
