Hi! I Have 3 Centimeter Hole In My Septum And

Hi! I have 3 centimeter hole in my septum and the doctors cannot figure out why. This hole just keeps getting larger and larger. They did blood work and the only test that came back abnormal is my ANA and they said this could be a marker for lupus. I thought they said they checked for lupus and it came back negative. I will be going in to have biopsies done but I am really concerned. Is there a specific test that can identify if a person has lupus?
