Hi I Have 3 Months Of Lower Back Pain And

Hi I have 3 months of lower back pain and swollen feeling/occasional twinges-throbbing in right ovary area. An ultrasound scan showed enlarged R ovary (16mls) and retroverted left ovary. C125 was normal. They have referred my to gynae but this is 4 months away?
