Hi I Have A Sinusitis Infection And I Have Been

Hi

I have A sinusitis infection and I have been taking zinnat 500 since last 2 days now. Besides diarrhea from zinnat I have a little shivering feeling in my body. This is not due to cold but feels like tremors and conscious mini seizures. Is it normal or something to worry about ?
