Hi I Have Diagnosed With Typhoid , It's Comfirmed Through

Hi I have Diagnosed with typhoid , it's comfirmed through Typhoid dot IgM test which came POSITIVE, and My dotor prescribed me the below antibiotics CIPLOX 500 for 7 days and GUDCEF 200 from past 3 days i am taking these, and having rice and milk only , i have not felt fever in all these days at all even when i initially showed to doctor, that time too i was not having fever my body temp was 97.44(doc checked this), My worry is , do i really have typhoid fever or that if no why i am not getting fever like usually a typhoid patients get(i read articles) or do i recovered from typhoid completely, i am neither having body aches nor head aches.
