Hi. I have Gilberts syndrome and have a copper IUD. I have lost a lot of weight and my bilirubin is sky high.

I have been overdoing exercise (I'm a cleaner and have no car) and not sleeping well or eating enough (I'm not earning a lot of money to eat enough)

How can I get out of this cycle and is the IUD conflicting with gilberts syndrome?

Is there any medication I can take to help cleanse my blook fast?
