Hi, I Have Hashimoto's Disease, Epilepsy, C And S Deficiency

Hi, I have Hashimoto's disease, epilepsy, C and S deficiency as well as scoliosis and some anomlous issues and arthritis. I have a lot of pain and I get worn out easy yet often cannot get a decent night sleep. Doctors have prescribed me different sleep aids and none worked. Even when I was warned they would knock me on my butt...nothing. What can you recommend that might work for me?
