Hi I Have IBS And I Have A Fever And

Hi I have IBS and I have a fever and I’m taking medication for it. (Mebeverine, Omapro, panadol) Today I have some pressure in my upper chest above my breast and close to my underarm. I am 18 and female. Is this a heart attack or is it gas in my chest? I am scared to take aspirin because on google it says if you have a fever you can’t take aspirin.
