Hi I have MS (and with doctors consent) gave myself a 2ml Vit B12 injection in upper thigh but forgot to drawn back first. Don't think I hit a vein but had a small blood speck, nor have any pain . but was just wondering whether I could have done damage if it wasnt IM?
