Hi I Have PCOS And I Haven Periods And They

Hi I have PCOS and I haven periods and they are really painful and a ruptured cyst came out. I was told by doctor on phone to talk painkillers. But there are abnormal discharge, I have very bad abdominal pain and cyst burst. Is this harmful and is anything I can do about this? Thank you
