Hi I have a 10 year old girl and she has had a smal lump next to her groin and it's a bit discolored . I took her to a dr st children's hodpital about a year ago and he gave her cream to put on it I wasn't consistent I was supposed to put it 3 x a day is this something I should worry about? She is fine it's not bothering her
