Hi I Have A 16 Year Old Cat Who Has

Hi I have a 16 year old cat who has difficulty balancing as well as being deaf, this past week has made it obvious that she is now totally blind as well, she is managing to get around but is constantly bumping into furniture etc, I am worried that her demise is going to speed up and would like to know if it would be a kindness to put her to sleep
