Hi I Have A 18 Month Old Son That Has

Hi I have a 18 month old son that has balantis ..when I woke up this morning to go to school he was crying while pulling his diper down .. so I thought he just had pee like every morning, but when I went to change his diper I saw that his penis was inflamed so when I took him to the emergency room they prescribed him Bacitracin 500 units/g topical ointment .. and ive been applying it all day today but it seems to be getting worst, What can I do ??
