Hi, I Have A 19yr Old Nephew Who's Experiencing Sudden

Hi, I have a 19yr old nephew who's experiencing sudden bursts of itchiness with a burning sensation all through out his body. at times he breaks out with what looks like a heat rash. He describes the pain as burning stabbing like and an uncomfortable itch. His dermatologist concluded that it is not a skin condition.
