Hi I Have A 20 Month Old Child And She

Hi I have a 20 month old child and she has been vomiting on and off for the last three days she wont eat to much I'm pushing liquids and giving motrin and Tylenol when needed for the fever. She now has watery stool to the point where its like urine and its yellowish greenish with small dots and now her hands and feet seems to be cold alot
