Hi I Have A 20 Month Old Little Girl. She

Hi I have a 20 month old little girl. She has had fever for 2 days. Few times it got to 104. She has only coughed a few times and shows no signs of a cold or runny nose or wheezing. She has very little appetite but has been drinking juice and some milk. Cool baths do get fever down and alternating Tylenol and ibuprofen help some but fever keeps coming back. Could it be teething and how long will fever last?
