Hi I Have A 3 Year Old Daughter Who Was

Hi I have a 3 year old daughter who was born with a vascular hemangioma in the neck. Now at age 3 for the past 6 months she has had 6 enlarged lymph nodes in her neck. The doctor has been watching them and she has had a small needle biopsy that has come back negative. Any ideas of what could be going on? She will be seeino oncology /hematology next week. But I'm not sure what to ask them
