Hi. I Have A 4 Month Old Baby And Exclusively

Hi. I have a 4 month old baby and exclusively breast fed for 2 months. Then started formula mainly with some breast feeding. My baby got diagnosed with hip dysplasia and I was stressed out. I had smoked a few cigarettes over 4 weeks no more than 1-3 a day if any. I had breast feed but waited more than 4 hours up to 8 hours to feed again. Did I harm my baby by doing this
