Hi! I Have A 4 Years Old Son Who Is

Hi! I have a 4 years old son who is having a cough with on and off fever now. Actually today is his 5th day of having the illness. I gave him paracetamol and carboceisteine for cough but still no improvement. The cough is accompanied with dry phlegm and he is having trouble in sleeping because of clogged nose. Hope I can hear from you Doctors. Thank you.
