Hi, I Have A 4 Years Old That Has 1

Hi, I have a 4 years old that has 1 kidney. She has started school in September. Since she has started school, she has had 3 colds and 1 ear infection. I was wondering if I should be concerned about her health because of the fact that she has 1 kidney.
I have never had to deal with a situation like this and it's scaring me as her mother because I don't want something to go undetected with her.
What should I do? Is this normal?
